BLACK LABEL CONCIERGE | Terms and conditions


§ 1. General

Our services, brokerage, orders and services are carried out exclusively according to the following terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions are only applicable to Black Label Concierge, towards all clients.

§ 2 placing of orders

Before using our services, brokerage, services and before placing an order, credit must be booked in the form of hours. This is done exclusively through the shop on our website www.blacklabelconcierge.com. After booking and Payment-confirmation via email, the time account is active and the customer can submit orders. No services are provided before a credit is booked. We reserve the right to reject customer inquiries or orders without giving reasons. The conclusion of the contract only becomes binding with our payment confirmation. The use of our service is not personal and can therefore be transferred to third parties at the request of the client or customer, unless otherwise agreed. The time used for this will be deducted from the client.

§ 3 services

Our services always relate to the correspondingly agreed order, service or mediation. The contractual relationships therefore only exist with the respective providers with regard to the mediated service or the order. We reserve the right to reject orders and services that are unethical and / or illegal. Cooperation partners and their services are only offered subject to availability.

§ 4 costs

Service and brokerage costs, all orders, services and brokerings that are carried out on behalf of the client with the other contractual partner are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective other contractual partner. We commission, perform and mediate on behalf of the client. The client books the desired time in advance on the website. The minimum booking period is 1 hour. The client is liable in the event of a later cancellation or non-use of the respective service, mediation or order. All prices include telephone costs for standard calls. If, at the request of the client, we make international calls or travel outside of the Stuttgart region, additional costs may be incurred which will be borne by the client. Only the hours that are required for the provision of a service are billed, this also includes all agreed cost reimbursements. We provide our clients with all invoices of original documents in original or as a photo, as proof of the expenses. As part of a personal support, all necessary expenses and costs that are necessary to ensure the personal presence, the execution of orders and the operational readiness are borne by the client.

§ 5 inquiries and start of activity

Inquiries from customers must only be made in person, by phone, by email, Whatssapp, in writing or using the contact form on our website. Before taking action, the respective service time must be booked in advance.

 § 6 prices and payment modalities

We only start with our commissioned service or brokerage after receipt of the total price for the respective service period. This must be done by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or cash. The client has to bear all costs that we incur as a result of payments not made.

 § 7 contract period

The contract runs for a limited time, and only until the booked service time has been used up.

 § 8 withdrawal from the contract

When withdrawing from the contract, a processing fee of 50% of the booked hourly package is always due and payable. The external costs incurred for the respective agency or service order will also be fully charged to the client. In the event of non-appearance or non-acceptance of the service order or the placement order on the day of the event itself, 100% of the agreed price is owed and due. All cancellation costs for external service providers that arise from a contract withdrawal or the non-use of a service are to be paid in full by the client.

 § 9 insurance

The client is responsible for the insurance of a commissioned service or mediation for the people participating in an event. The client expressly acknowledges that this is not the responsibility of the party commissioned or brokered here.

§ 10 disclaimer

Black Label Concierge commits itself to conscientious preparation or mediation and is liable for the faithful and careful execution of the service, the mediation or the order.

§ 11 Further disclaimer

Black Label Concierge assumes no liability for losses, theft, damage to property and personal injury to and among the clients and participants. When purchasing technical or other third-party equipment, Black Label Concierge acts on behalf of the client. This expressly releases Black Label Concierge from third party claims.

 § 12 liability for third parties

If Black Label Concierge has the authority to transfer the provision of the service or the execution of the order or a part thereof to a third party, we shall only be liable for the due diligence when choosing the third party to be brokered or commissioned. Black Label Concierge is not a representative of third parties who can be used to provide the service or to fulfill the commissioned order or to fulfill the mediated order and is also not liable for the inadequate execution of the commissioned service, the commissioned order or the commissioned brokerage or third party performance not performed.

§ 13 Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Black Label Concierge assumes no liability.

§ 14 Damages / Liability

There are always residual risks for outdoor activities or all kinds of events. It is not the job of the Black Label Concierge to check whether each of the participants has the necessary physical and health requirements. By placing an order, the client acknowledges these dangers and expressly waives any legal claims against the party commissioned here

 § 15 complaints

Complaints regarding services provided by Black Label Concierge from third parties must be reported immediately in writing within 7 days. The representative will try to resolve complaints about third-party services, but is not responsible for any disagreement. The client and the third party must reach an agreement themselves. If measures with cost consequences are taken shortly before a commissioned service or commissioned order fulfillment of the deficiencies, the commissioner cannot be held responsible for these additional costs. This also applies to changes made by the client without the knowledge of the agent.

§ 16 Change and deletion by Black Label Concierge or third parties

Black Label Concierge reserves the right to change or cancel a commissioned order or brokerage if this is made impossible by bad weather or force majeure. The client has to acknowledge this and waives in advance any claims for damages or other claims against the commissioned client or agent.

§ 17 place of jurisdiction

The agreements according to this contract are subject to German law.

Stuttgart is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
